Half based on gnome in the background and in everything else is similar to golem, the rock girl, but is made out of muds instead of rocks. The name is a combination between gnome/golem and the onomatopoeia *dorodoro* which means/used to the effect of muddy, dripping, sloshing, flowing (http://thejadednetwork.com/sfx/browse/doro_doro/). Also, there's a monster girl character like this in Kamidori Alchemy Meister, so there's that.

One shudders to think what would happen to fire, water, or air elementals exposed to the same sort of monster mana that makes Dorome possible... a Dorodine sounds nice, but fire and air aren't as tangible as earth and water...
