Why not put the bar her legs are cuffed to behind the chair?
She can get herself out by knocking the chair down by kicking it with the bar, and it would be powerful enough to take whatever her hands are tied to off.

Or, the rope would break her wrists. It depends on what exactly the rope is tied to overhead -- your average house ceiling beam can take a lot of weight.
Then again, it's plenty easier to get out of a hand tie if you break your wrists first.

Her binds aren't that strong though. The breast tie, is just 1 small rope, and it's not even tied to the chair.
Her hand ropes are just 2 wimsy ones. Sure depending on the knot, but from the looks of it the only thing she can't get out of is her leg cuffs
