Just spotted the tag history, wondered at the shift out of "Translated" and back, then looked at the notes history. I could swear I clicked "save" for every note. This really gets on my nerves, no matter on which side of the keyboard the glitch occurred...
It's not that hard to bring a god back from the dead. Just tell all your priests to perform the Call God action until you get 50 priest-level-months worth and the god repops at your capital.
The odd thing is, even with all the goofiness going on, without the last panel... this comic would have been really morbid and depressing.
Thinking about it, Sanae's ridiculous behavior strikes me strongly as a an obvious coping mechanism, and she's just acting like a fool in avoid accepting the reality of the situation. A case of 'if I don't think about it, it's not real'. And yet, like the charade that it is, it dissolves just as quickly, and the second-to-last panel makes it makes me think that she was secants away from breaking down into a weeping mess.
And Suwako's sad subdued reactions to everything Sanae is doing seems to indicate that she knows this will to happen and is just bracing herself for when the manic act drops and the teenage girl in front of her looses her shit and starts wailing and crying.
And then... Kanako just knips up, a la "Altered Beasts", and everything is back to 'business as usual' (at least, whatever passes for it in this comic).
DinggggYou should pretend to be Kanako-sama, Suwako-sama!GYRRKPAFFCHIKThen if I wear your clothes, everything will be perfect!!Comeback GirlThen who's going to play your role, Sanae?Just leave that t' meeeeee!Huh?She's really d-...SHFFHuh?I have a great idea!!!Wait a second. What are we going to do now, Sanae...?Umm...what the...just a...KrdkKrdkKanako's GraveKrdkBA-DUNNNUm...Apparently, her organs were in really bad shape...
