Mera Jin (米良 仁), known to SNK fans as Shiroi Eiji (白井影二), is a freelancer, comic book artist, and dessin drawing teacher who was previously hired by SNK near the end of October in 1992. His alias originated from the alternate palette swap of Eiji Kisaragi from Art of Fighting 2 (one of his favorite games at SNK). He is best known for being the main illustrator and character designer for the Samurai Shodown series.
His art while working at SNK were stylized ink paintings, made with dynamic brush strokes and characters posed with a subtle flow of motion. He is a lover of American comics (especially X-men) and 1/6 scale miniature crafts.
