i used php to find the correct size for this, and it's not right here... it should be: width="344" height="235" displaying it at it's proper resolution will get rid of those bad resampling errors and makes it overall MORE addicting :)
i found this a few days ago, and have also become addicted...
Look to the source of the webpage, search for a link to swf file. In this particular case it is http://miezaru.unbuffered.info/data/danbooru_unf-p-114660043386238.swf and open it in a web browser then File->Save. Don't know if this works in IE but in Opera it is not a problem. Also you can use the built-in download menager to D/L such files.
comment #8193 putting those lyrics through a Finnish->English translator gives absolutely nothing...like only 1 or 2 words get translated r/ Translation of the lyrics (if anyone has any clue)
I really have to wonder if those lyrics are for this version of the song, because even I (a native Finnish speaker) can't make any sense of the song and I sure don't notice like 90% of the words that seem to be in the lyrics. Of course it's also possible that most of them are just pronounced really weirdly and I just don't notice them.
comment #8243 the lyrics seem to sound like they fit if you follow along...whether or not the words are correct is another thing...it really doesn't matter; wouldn't want to know what those hypnotic notes mean...
And in case anyone wants any more information, this flash cartoon is actually mentioned prominently on the Wikipedia page for this song: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ievan_Polkka
The part in the flash is only a nonsense refrain, since this is an a capella performance. So Jazzy...mmm. Anyway, the rest of the song should make at least some sense to native Finns, even with dialecical differences...
After hearing the same verse so long, I finally broke down and got the full song... and now I attmept to sing along, failing at all the words. I've come to accept that I will only hum along and be successful.
Ievan polkka actually DOES have comprehensible lyrics. This is just one part taken out of it. There are even few recognizeable words in this part of the song, namely Kurikan kukka, which means the flower of Kurikka.
Jatsu tsappari dikkali dallan Tittali tillan titstan dullaa, Dipidapi dallaa ruppati rupiran Kurikan kukka ja kirikan kuu Rätsätsää ja ribidabi dilla Beritstan dillan dillan doo, A baribbattaa baribariiba Dibi dibidibi disten dillan doo Ja barilla stillan deijadoo A daba daba daba daba daba dybjabuu, Baristal dillan stillan duubadäg Dägädägä duu duu deijadoo
i started to feel sick after listening to it over 10 mins and watcing that spinning green onion over 5 mins but i couldn't stop listening it...this is an evil flash...xDeven if this isn't the full song i think i had have enough...:D

if you wanna sing along, try covering the bass part.
