I think that alternate costume should be used for official alternate versions of clothing. If it's common enough, you might also want to consider giving it a specific costume tag, such as used in the idolmaster series. I'd say no. It's just at the different side but the hairstyle per se is the same. Would it be a regular [[ponytail||, then I'd say yes. But not in these cases.

That is 1girl with multiple_views. It's an unlucky name in my eyes, but the description fits.
Need help to fix some pic tags on frilled_collar. This tag should be used only to collar that wraps around the neck, not the collar that we found on our clothes. We need to re-tag the pics with frilled_shirt_collar.
