The tag implication breast_hold -> breasts has been approved.

If this alias makes sense someone should do some clean up first.

Yeah, I don't think those fit because for some the character's not even touching her own breasts, and in others it's just a hand on top/surrounding the chest. You can't support (which is the verb the wiki page says) something that's not there.

Someone else will have to clean that up because I can't see that page due to only having a member account.

Many of the results from that search look more like covering breasts than breast hold. But the distinction between these two tags isn't entirely clear. The breast hold wiki specifies that the breasts should be held by the character's upper arms, yet one of the examples given is post #291240, in which the character is clearly using her hands alone.

Also, there are weird corner cases like post #1727439, where the character is squeezing her basically nonexistent boobs in order to make them look more substantial. Covering breasts doesn't fit here at all, and breast squeeze already implies breasts, so it isn't clear how else this should be tagged. Flat chest squeeze?

I think people have been using the tag when the characters arms are crossed while covering the breasts even if they are using their hands to cover them, not sure if this is the intended meaning or not. And then we have some people that go by the tag name only which is why we get a bunch of mistaggings.

And besides the name flat chest squeeze sounding a bit, I don't know, odd, for lack of better words, I'm not disliking it. After all, we do have other flat chest exclusive tags.

Yeah, it wouldn't be much different than naizuri in its role of serving as an alternative for flat chests of an already tagged action that otherwise wouldn't fit.

Same with the tag flat chest grab which is not to be forgotten.

I think post #291240 is covering breasts and post #1727439 is breast lift. We have nearly a dozen tags for various ways of fondling boobs, most of which have ambiguous names and unclear definitions, which leads to a lot of mistagging in these areas. I edited the breasts wiki to try to better explain the distinctions between these things, but trying to clean all this up would be a topic in itself.
