You don't. Tagging these with long sleeves is definitely wrong.
There used to be a medium sleeves tag for this sort of thing but it was never well used and someone seems to have nuked it

I think her overwear is a red, frilled, hooded capelet, with the hood up (but at a weird angle). She has crossed bangs, half-closed eyes, and a horn ornament. Her clothes (possibly a dress?) have center frills and I think that's a corset (not sure what the yellow centerpiece is, though). The basket situated between legs contains purple flowers, bread, and what looks like a wine bottle. There is a key and mushrooms on the ground by her feet. She is outdoors, possibly in a forest.
The tree decorations and the thing on her ankle, I don't know (unless that's panties around one leg?)

wardrobe error, maybe? Technically it's not error but the tag's using on backward clothes & unusual way of wearing things.
So what do you call it when someone has legs raised similar to one leg raised, but with both legs, not one?
