If we do the above we should to this one too. As for the alias itself I'm leaning slightly towards yes since we have spoken_question/exclamation/interrobang(_mark) tags and I've seen posts been tagged with question mark before, we also have ellipsis -> ... alias already to match the spoken_ellipsis tag.
