Should a catchall tag like legband really point to a narrower tag, though? It would be very easy for someone to come up with "legband" as a tag for bands worn about the calf (such as here, for instance) and get the post incorrectly tagged thigh_strap as a result of the alias. Delete legband if it's unnecessary, but delete it in a way that won't lead to accidental mistagging in the future.
