Manakete (formerly Mamkute) is used for characters of the Manakete race (people that can transform in dragons) in the Fire Emblem series.
The wiki gives an explaination that you could find in the game wiki, but doesn't actually explain how it should be used. At the moment it's used as a general tag to group a bunch of characters, but some of them are technically spoilers, especially the ones in recent games.

As i feel like this tag is useless, i want to propose two ideas:

1) Make the tag be used exclusively for their dragon forms/when they use their powers
This would clear up the tag, make it actually useful, and make characters who are secretly manaketes have to only have the spoiler tag in their dragon forms.

2) Nuke the tag
At the moment it's just a collection of various characters under one tag, i believe nothing would be lost.

I personally prefer the 1st idea, but i want to see if there's any counter-argument first.

If noone is going to object, i'm going to go forward with the first idea.

I have no objection to limiting this tag to only tagging this race when it's visually evident. This is TWYS at its most basic; we don't use meta-information as a basis for tag usage.

One other thing I'd like to add: can we please stop tagging these characters as dragon_girl when there's no indication of their race other than pointy ears? We've been over this once already.
