There is no animal on finger tag.

I'm not fully convinced that everything that gets tagged with bird_on_x warrants the animal tag, but the implication is already there for bird on head to bird and animal on head and thus animal, so may as well be consistant.

I'm against implying more things to animal. It doesn't make much sense to imply random tags to animal when animals themselves don't imply animal. It creates a weird situation where bird on arm would imply animal but bird itself does not. Most of the animal implications we do have were added at random, without much consideration for how the tag should work overall.

Other than that implication (animal on arm -> animal), I'm fine with the rest.
