I have no idea if one is less strain than the other but normally I'd just alias both to the desired tag individually.

Although, there might be a benefit to chaining in the sense that if I had to change the final tag, I'd only have to do it once... well I'll just keep doing what I've been doing since I know it works.

As for Trauma Team, what's the Japanese name for it?

Caeduceus is the name of the staff and two serpents used as a symbol of the medical profession, though Wikipedia says that's actually a misapplication and the Rod of Asclepius is the proper symbology.
