Aliasing red_border, pink_border, etc. -> border
Reason: Do we really need different tags for all possible border colors? (not to mention that the borders tagged with pink_border look pretty red to me.)

Red is a special case because thumbnails of such images look like they are marked for deletion. I believe the tag was created as a replacement for pool #2483.
Maybe a single tag for all misleading border colors (child posts, etc). No need to name colors.
Well, blue, green and yellow borders could also look misleadlingly like unapproved, parent and child post indicators, but no one is going to get upset about those.
There is a pool for misleading thumbnails and a separate one for those that appear flagged.
The flagged pool was deleted because they were converted into this tag.

I think that was the intention, but pool #2483 still lives.

Added red_border to the 5-6 that lacked it and deleted the pool.
I'd already added the definition of red border in wiki to remind other users about it.
