I imagine you meant china_dress -> dress, and not chinese_clothes -> dress. The images under china_dress though seem rather different than what you'd find under the dress tag.
Yeah, I would leave dress for more prototypical dresses.

Then would you have dress be removed from the posts tagged with both of those? Excluding those with one of each, of course.
I would probably recommend we have the dress tag removed from the images that are just the Chinese dress.
As a side note: the tag we currently use is "China_Dress" with the following aliased to it: chinadress, qipao, cheongsam, chinese_dress.
I did the two that haven't been challenged:

That leaves us with 2 pages of impossible_dress china_dress.
I see why one would want to separate dress from china_dress, but I would still want to use a single impossible* tag for all "dresses" (=one-pieces) instead of creating an impossible_china_dress tag or impossible_vietnamese_dress.
