A distinction would be useful, but I think most people expect yuri to be exclusively lesbian. How about making bisexual_(female) and bisexual_(male) tags instead?

Any Opposed?
I'd say that two females is still yuri and two males is still yaoi despite bisexuality, so I'd go along with Bansho's first suggestion.
Yuri fans on danbooru have been very adamant about wanting no male involvement for images tagged yuri, so that wouldn't work.

They can just use a blacklist. If they used:
yuri hetero
yuri bisexual
yuri yaoi
Then any yuri posts that also have any male involvement would be hidden.
I went ahead and tagged all bisexual_(male) posts under bisexual I could find. It can be moved if something differently is decided. Everything that remains in bisexual -bisexual_(male) is bisexual females.
For the purposes of tagging I'm defining bisexual_(male) as any intimate contact (sexual or romantic) between a male, another male, and a non-male. This is typically a female character, but could technically be a futa (post #1470854) or whatever other crazy bullshit hentai comes up with.
Also, note that in some posts the bisexual male is the anonymous POV character, not necessarily the male featured in the picture (see post #1447244, post #1564988). This might be a little confusing at first glance.
Now as for yuri, people historically have felt pretty strongly that yuri is no males whatsoever. The fact that only one post is tagged bisexual yuri suppports this. The existence of pool:Almost_Yuri (which is partly for bisexual female content) also supports this.
So I propose mass editing bisexual -bisexual_(male) to bisexual_(female) and deleting the bisexual tag. 99% of bisexual is bisexual female so keeping it as an umbrella tag would be pretty redundant. Also, I don't think it would useful as an umbrella tag for the same reason we don't have an umbrella homosexual tag for yuri and yaoi. Most people only want one or the other.
Bump. To summarize, the proposals are:
mass update bisexual_(male) -> bisexual yaoi
mass update bisexual -> bisexual yuri
mass update bisexual -> bisexual_(female)
create implication bisexual_(female) -> bisexual
create implication bisexual_(male) -> bisexual
create alias bisexual -> bisexual_(female)
Option 3 is the one I favor.
Any of these should be safe to do because I moved all bisexual males to bisexual_(male). bisexual currently only contains bisexual females.

Option 1
- Tag female-on-female-on-male as bisexual yuri
- Tag male-on-male-on-female as bisexual yaoi.
- Keep bisexual as an umbrella tag for bisexual males and females.
mass update bisexual_(male) -> bisexual yaoi
mass update bisexual -> bisexual yuri
If this was done it would need to be done like this:
mass update bisexual -> bisexual yuri
(wait until that first mass update finishes and then submit this one separately:)
mass update bisexual_(male) -> bisexual yaoi
The 'bisexual_(male) -> bisexual yaoi' mass update adds bisexual back to bisexual_(male) posts, which would cause the 'bisexual -> bisexual yuri' edit to tag yuri on both yaoi and yuri posts. So if the yaoi update was either done first or at the same time as the yuri one then the yuri one wouldn't work right. Needs to instead be done after the yuri one is already finished.
+1 for option 2, but option 3 is fine too.
I don't care for bisexual umbrella tag, but my crystal ball predicts that if we go by option 3 implication request for it will keep coming later.
+1 for option 3. Easier to tag than option 1 and doesn't involves two implications like option 2.

bisexual will be aliased to bisexual_(female) under option 3, so that won't happen (hopefully).
Option 3 is the winner, alias done.
