Is there any reason why you cannot just use shirt_lift/pull/tug + sweater instead like we do with all other upper-body clothes?

Ideally instead of all this sweater pull / shirt pull / dress pull / swimsuit pull / whatever pull crap, we'd have a single tag for pulling down any upper-body garment to expose the breasts.

The problem is coming up with a general enough name that isn't terribly awkward. So instead we're just stuck with this mess of shirt pull / dress pull / swimsuit pull being separate when they're all the same basic concept.

Need to do a mass update first to add sweater tags where it's missing:

mass update sweater_lift -> sweater_lift sweater
mass update sweater_around_waist -> sweater_around_waist sweater
mass update sweater_pull -> sweater_pull sweater

The "around waist" tags were already dealt with by topic #8964. If we're going to do that, we might as well just change the implications (to clothes_around_waist) from that thread to aliases.
