Regarding "cleft of venus" and "pussy"

Posted under Tags

This is a sort of discussion bump from topic #8416.

It seems that if you look through pussy rating:questionable there are a lot of entries that would be sufficient for that tag cleft of venus (especially with a front-facing view), but it isn't an oft used tag. So I'm actually curious as to its' effectiveness and if we can populate the tag more than it is or discuss how it should be used. The tag used on pixiv, すじ, is frequently used on pixiv to indicate either a cameltoe or a cleft of venus. I can provide a translation if needed, but the first definition pretty much matches Wikipedia's.

So here are some ideas that have come across my mind, and I want to ask if some of these are valid or not.

So let's have a discussion. Perhaps the same can apply to other parts of the female genitalia also (tag group:pussy), so if any other ideas come across anyone else's mind please feel free to share them.

Cleft of venus <-> Cameltoe
Cameltoe is to be used if the vagina/pussy is covered by, for example panties, but the outline is visible.
These two tags should never be used together.
Then we have mosaic censoring that can be tagged with vagina/pussy, but not with cleft of venus, because I think this should exclusively be used for uncensored/decensored tags.
And do we have a cleft of venus if the pussy is spread?
Therefore, I think an implication could make sense at first.

By the way, I only use labia also for covered vaginas if there is a noticeable bulge and if the outline of the vaginal lips is not visible (i.e. Labia <-> Cameltoe <-> Cleft of Venus)

I suppose you are right on that front then if we're going by the usage that the cleft of venus should be clearly visible, although the distinction will have to be made clear in its' wiki page. Before I get around to editing that though, I still want others to chime in on the other ideas. I was debating this with a friend due to his edit on post #2557124, and that post in particular is a fairly clear example where both cleft of venus and pussy should likely be tagged.

Regarding if there is a cleft of venus if the pussy is spread, there are only five entries as of right now that match spread_pussy cleft_of_venus. It seems to me that the tag was used to indicate that the cleft was prominent in the image. There's probably much more where we can apply the tag if we look through spread_pussy uncensored, however.

The implication makes sense to me, but again I do want to get some clarification on how we're using pussy and cleft of venus in tandem.
