Somewhat related to topic #14529, which made me think about this.

To give reference, there are just over 50 frilled_* tags.
In stark contrast, there are only 2 lolita_* tags, and 5 *_lolita tags

Giving a cursory glance at the lolita_hairband -lolita_fashion tagged posts, it seems that the only point of commonality is that they are hairbands with frills. Although not always. Just looking at only the first page: post #2878392 has flowers, post #2855399 is lace-trimmed. Additionally, it seems to me like a majority of the hairbands had none of the styling typically seen with lolita fashion.

For those that feel that lolita hairband is too entrenched, please remember that title_drop used to be a thing (topic #9344). However, it was changed to copyright_name to match the other existing tags artist_name, copyright_name and character_name.
