Sigh. I'm not ignoring anything. I've said that the post is "not particularly explicit", not that it is safe. It is correctly rated Q and cameltoe is not the only reason for that.
I did consider their proportions and overall look, that post's level of explicitness is only one of the factors. And I'm still not sure.

I uploaded the child, but I'd say no. I feel based on assumed proportions based on the positioning of the ass to shoulders, the torso (and as a result the body as a whole) is long and developed enough to be out of loli range.
Unsure if this is enough for it to be loli/questionable.
