She probably takes after her mother, and is a shy, obedient moe-blob. By the looks of things, she dragged the bag the whole way over, and banged it against every random object she walked past.

Presuming we hold close to canon, since this artist doesn't seem to have much interest in Yuki at all, she just sits in her apartment and reads to herself until the end of freakin' time while "observing" Kyon and Haruhi.
Possibly related, but there is/was a television show in Japan titled Hajimete no Otsukai ("First Errand") where hidden cameras follow young children carrying out errands for their parents for the first time.

Very definitely related, if only for the meme of a child's first errand and its attributed significance. (Similar to a chapter of Yotsuba &!, snippets from Kara'agetarou's "Myon Myon Typhoon", etc., just to name a couple off the top of my head.)

My most optimistic opinion is that she now has her own succesfull bookstore. My logical opinion is that she probably finished her mission and her services are no longer required.

By that logic, shouldn't Mikuru have gone home too?

Translating that chapter is actually how I learned of that show in the first place.
Fun tidbit for the readers who can't read Japanese, similar to how the names Kyonta and Koharu have elements of their parents' names, The second kanji of Miki's name is the same as the second kanji of Itsuki.
This strip is no less than the Crisis of Infinite Earths of the Kandachi canon, as it ratifies the formerly suspected existence of other SOS Brigade members in this universe.
I don't mean to diminish Kandachi's contributions by comparing him/her work to DC Comics', of course.
