Just making a habit out of poor posture will worsen your body condition, with accompanying worsening of the heart.
In contrast, just correcting one posture energizes the body and heart, and you look nicer. Make a habit of being careful of your posture.
If you regularly spend time hunched over at a computer or with a smartphone, your chest muscles (between your ribs) will remain compressed and your back muscles will remain stretched, making it easier to unconsciously hunch over more. The shoulder stiffness and straight neck caused by this "modern hunch" is one of the causes of neck pain and headaches. Scary, isn't it?
