"Hips Hurt, Don't Wanna" Exercises
There are two causes broadly established for lower back and muscular pain: accumulated damage from continuous, excessive postures, and decline in muscle strength.
Maintain the body and add muscle by exercising. At the same time, try making it a habit to do frequent soft bodybuilding and calisthenics that don't accumulate damage. Think of flexing and exercise as one set.
There are various causes of lower back pain, but generally, the causes are cumulative damage from unconsciously held poor posture, and putting excess burden on the lower back through activity that requires too much strength after being lazy.
It's difficult to eliminate completely such actions which have become habitual on the job or in housework, so as one method of eliminating them, consider making a habit of frequent flexing and exercise so damage doesn't accumulate.
