But ultrasonic welding doesn't really heat the workpiece, the heating itself is generally insignificant. The localized melting occurs due to absorption of ultrasonic energy (mechanical vibrations), not because it's heated...
If I bought one, I'd weld stuff all over like crazy! I'd cut the transparent folders on hand into the preferred shapes, then bind them. Then I'd play around with it for about two hours, get bored with it, and neglect it. :-)

Now Kogasa-san wants something she has no practical use for. You know, I don't care if it's meant for that, or not, I'd still try to cook bacon on it, just because. Probably burgers, too, and other meats, because I'm dumb. Let's all get machines that we have no practical use for, and find a practical use for them!
Where would you put it? What would you use it for?Well, we do use heat, however...Awesome!!I'd sure love to have this machine...These partsYamame Virus ContagionHow do you fasten these parts of a clear folder?VriiIiIIiiiHeat, am I right?Ka-chng...we generate the heat with ultrasonic vibrations and weld them.
