SF4 producer Ono explains that Poison was always meant to be a man and that in the Japanese version of Final Fight Poison is man that simply tucks his “business” away, while in the US version Poison is officially a post op transsexual.
What I dont understand is why is this tagged as "futa on male", Hugo is OBVIOUSLY a man, not a futa, and is also OBVIOUSLY the one doing the penetration

There's no male_on_futa tag to distinguish who's dom and who's sub. Any pictures involving a futa and a guy together, regardless of their roles, are tagged futa_on_male. Hope that helps!

The whole point of transexual is that you're becoming what you are on the inside. So it's more like putting tohe coke that was accidently put in the sprite bottle into the coke bottle.
Poison was a female in the JP version, but they were concerned about the backlash if you could beat up women in the west, so they made up the transexual story as a possible way to deflect criticism for that in markets outside of Japan. There were 2 color swap women using Poison's model in Final Fight, and they were both originally supposed to be female.
