I cannot seem to recognize the last character of the bubble. The first part reads "Itou Daka".
There's only two kanji in the word balloon: 縞 ("shima", or "stripe") and 々, a generic "ditto" kanji meaning "repeat the previous kanji".
With the possible exception of odd net slang, if kanji are stacked vertically, there's no reason to think any of them would also be side by side in the same text block. So, the top kanji can't be the two separate characters 糸 and 高.
