Ten shooter!? Is there seriously a cylinder like that?
A LeMat has exactly that many shots, right? That said, it only has a nine-shot cylinder, so the 10th shot is actually buckshot or birdshot fired out of the second 'shotgun' barrel.
It also takes forever to reload, as it is a cap-and-ball gun.

I think it isn't too uncommon to see .22 revolvers with cylinders that fit nine bullets. Not quite what you'd need to put down your typical (Road)hog. Also,

There are also some Lemats that use center fire cartridges, but they're Huge!
