"Ridiculous," sure. The fact is that attempting to enforce restrictions on uploading things related to other recently uploaded images is certainly impractical and probably close to impossible without condemning people based on assumptions or using a whole lot of a moderator's time to play sleuth when in the end the only difference is whose username is beside a picture and the raising of a couple numbers in a database.
