Negima and panjiri. Negima is a breast meat chicken skewer with green onions, a "classic" yakitori. Panjiri is an Indian seasoning, but I can't find examples online of yakitori made with panjiri...
Two neck meat and cartilage for us both, 'K?! "Seseri" is grilled neck meat, which is more fatty and has some cartilage for a different texture than the smoother breast meat. "Nonkatsu" is grilled cartilage, and is strongly flavored and crispy. Neither is exactly to everyone's tastes.
