From what I can tell here, Lostbelt!Caster here is introducing herself as Scáthach, but when the real Scáthach shows up she admits that she's actually Aífe, Scáthach's sister.
At least there's possibly some justification this time. IIRC, Scathach had both as a sister and a daughter unless I'm mistaken.
Aífe doesn't seem to make that much sense as a Caster since I'm not aware of anything in Celtic mythology suggesting she'd meet the qualifications. It seems pretty clear that her most suited class would be Rider, followed by Saber. Seeing as her most prized possession was her chariot, and she used a sword in her duel with Cú Chulainn.
If the Lostbelt Caster is Scáthach's daughter Uathach it would explain why she looks similar but not identical, whereas Aífe is Scáthach's twin.

Unfortunately, she is actually Scathach Skadi, as in she is essentially a pseudoServant using Scathach's body. Yes, that Skadi, the one from Norse mythology.
Why the fuck does Skadi need to pseudoservant Scathach. How do you even pseudoservant Scathach.
There's a connection between Scthach and Skadi IIRC, which is why Scathach is the host. As to why Skadi needs to possess Scathach? Because, generally, Divine Spirits need a host in order to be summoned or else they have to wiggle in through some other loophole. As for why in specific this happened at all? The rest of the Norse gods essentially stuffed her in Scathach to hide her from Surtr IIRC.

So does that mean this version never taught Cu? Because you know, put on a timeline, Norse mythological events would happen waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay before Celtic.

Fate doesn't have a timeline. Or a timey-wimey ball, for that matter, because that implies some sort of structure.

I have no idea how this particular Lost Belt's events would have fucked up Celtic mythology, but probably royally. If the events that happened at Ragnarok in this Lost Belt extended to Ireland? Almost certainly not, hell Cu himself may not even have been born in that timeline.

Still, why make her Scathach? Why not some mortal women in Norse mythology like Gudrun, Svanhild, Lif or Roskva who's actually more relevant to the Nibelungenlied or the Eddas? Wouldn't that make much more sense? Heck, even an unnamed woman like what they did with Quetzal would make more sense.
Apart from you know "Scathach is a popular character so we gotta find ways to shoehorn her alternate class in somewhere".
