It's true that the image dimensions of the two match up, and ASCI2D seems to confirm that that particular MD5 hash did exist on Pixiv at some point (https://ascii2d.net/search/color/cc33494584c247a5e3338a527ed82c88), however it doesn't have any current active image link (AFAIK) that can be sourced from Pixiv, where said image link is one of the sample sizes that Pixiv provides.
From how I've been treating posts with my scanner, if an image has an active post but the MD5 does not match, then it only gets MD5 mismatch even at some point in the past it was image sample. Likewise, if both the image link and post links are dead, then it only gets bad ID and none of the other tags.
