That's all fine and well, but if there's a "How to draw" tutorial that's really needed, it's for the female nether regions. Some of the stuff you see is shocking to say the least...
To the HowTo. i am sure the focus is giving tips on how to draw breasts when it comes to a cartoonish/anime 2d girl. its not heading into realism drawing.
at least this one actually tries to show the drop shape and gravity pull.

It doesn't have to be correct. This tutorial shows the artist's own personal way of drawing breasts, it's not intended to teach the human anatomy or something like that.
Not to mention that there is no general "correct," there are more important things than that. Composition and corelation between elements, for example. You can't draw boobs super-realistic and have the rest of the anatomy of the body look shit - or more precsiely, unrealistic. It's likely to end up bad.
