The instrument looks like it's meant to be a Fender Jazz Bass, although it's either heavily customized or the artist was using some odd references. I'm not familiar with the source material, so I don't know whether that's an actual thing for the character, so I'm not going to tag it that specifically.

Her official character sheets don't say what she plays, but the people at the BanG Dream wiki say it's a black Fender American Vintage '64 Jazz Bass. The Google Images results for that instrument seem to match.
What's the deal with the pickups on that guitar? Looks like a metal plate bolted over the body and strings. That thing would produce no sound.
It's called a bass pickup cover, Jazz Basses and Rickenbackers from that era often came equipped with them from the factory along with the bridge cover in Fender's case.
Rickenbacker used them as a function to give more gain to their pickups while Fender supposedly did it because pickups from that era were too ugly to show, they're mostly there for styling reasons although some players use them as palm rests, specially ones who play with only one finger.
