well 3 Kallens so far and one of them is just a game's char, one of them is a thief with no story at all and this new Kallen seem to be different timeline all together.
Sorry I’m not too familiar with the Story yet, but that was a canonical thing? Wouldn’t Kiana get sad or something?
The fact is, she's not sad about it at all. Yae will take control of Mei's body from time to time only if she needed something. Not forever, even Mei have no issue with it

all of the playable Kallen characters might be clones who escaped from Otto.
I highly doubt it, but anything is possible. Just unlikely, because from the anniversal event atm. Otto himself said that he failed to bring Kallen back way too much that he dont even care about being dissapointed anymore. So all Kallen versions we see so far is pretty much just for fan service. Also, this is from another universe from the way I see it. Because in this timeline, Theresa is a vampire, Captain is working along with Otto without any sight of being forced
One of the case I'll say "go read the manga" here, since the game didn't explain it
6th Serenade (AKA Thief Kallen) appears in game in the story of the raid for Jizo Mitama, where she is a fragment of Kallen's conscious or something left in Yae's stigma. According to the manga, the costume is actually worn by Kallen when she was alive as a phantom thief. How she physically manifested in the real world during the summer event (which has dating sim style story BTW) is unknown. Then again Yae also appear pyhsically there, so probably we shouldn't take it as canon.
Imayoh, as mentioned, is a game character created by Overseer Otto, obviously based on Kallen.
Sin Hunter (this pic Kallen) is from a alternate timeline, where she sort of survived. The story ties in with the summer event above.
Seriously though, don't think too hard about it. We even can have God Kiana as playable.
Edit: BTW one thing I forgot to mention. None of the cloning attempts for Kallen worked. Theresa is actually a "failure", since she developed her own personality.
