What is the meme phrase 자강두천 (自強두天) supposed to mean? Namuwiki gives a completely obtuse/impenetrable definition, saying it's an abbreviation for '자 존심 강 한 두천 재(의 대결)', which to me sounds like complete word salad nonsense of mostly single-hanja words strung together with random spaces, like "自 存心 強 限 두 天 城 (의 對決)".
If I assume the random spaces are inserted for FUN 'meme' shit-n-giggles reasons, then ramming the words together gets me "自存心 強限 두 天才 (의 對決)". Now it's beginning to make sense (in particular, putting 천 and 재 together as 천재 makes 天才 apparent, since 才 by itself can't really stand alone, making 재 sound like 城 instead). "(Showdown between) two supremely prideful geniuses", maybe?
Namuwiki notes the phrase is often used ironically (when the two parties are anything but 'geniuses'), so would "Battle between two titans(lol)" be an accurate translation?
In any case, from what context I could glean, 자강두천 seems to be used more often in the competitive video-gaming scene. Is this where the word came from?
