easily fixable, quickly take a cup and scoop out the majority of that entire section before it soaks too much, catching both the dry and the majority of the wet/spreading spice, add a little water to the bowl to counter the balance of residue spice and make up the lost liquid concentration. Take the cup with the wet spice and pour it into a pot or skillet and turn the heat up until 212 degrees and let the water evaporate, leaving behind only the spice residue, scrap it out of the pan and let it dry if necessary, it'll have a little extra flavor from the ramen but hey, spice saved.
