Unlikely. What gives Narumi and Mayumi life are two different things. Also Narumi's species is stated to be a (former jizo) magician while Mayumi is a haniwa, so I'm pretty sure that means the former is a statue no more.
As a side note, obtaining life from divine faith would make Mayumi comparable to Shiki, who also gains her Yama status from the prayer of the people.

nah Yama is a job title. you need to reach a certain power lvl before you can be promoted to Yama by the god organization. I would say Mayumi is quite far from that.
