According to both the showcase and lines of code in the games txt files, her artist is someone under the name NOCO? I'm afraid thats all i can really contribute with one who the artists are, the doll however... err... she's bizarre...Strong, but really weird.

So far she's been the only doll the receive this kind of treatment, i would assume the devs might be trying something new, or this is just a one-time thing which i'm leaning more towards. Cant really say much about it other then it being neat.

Glad you noticed sha sha. I was contemplating if the style was NOCO's as I followed them since Atelier Sophie. Since it's confirmed to be distinctively NOCO, I don't see why not to add the tag.
