If so, then maybe you shouldn't be on this website. It doesn't suit that sort of mindset. It's almost contradicting the fact that you're on this website.
Oh my, piespy really is flirting with disaster. The last time I saw such risk taking was when I watched my nephews sword fighting with foam swords. I was so worried one of them might get hurt that I couldn't take my eyes off the DS game I was playing at the time.
Ya know that bugged me about the series, it's high school life yet they didn't put something like bullying in it. Unless you count count some verbal things Kagami would say every now and then. Then again is they did put that in Konata would be a target for being a gaming, anime otaku. Real life sucks sometimes lol.

LS would no longer be a comedy it would be another School Days. Konata could end up snapping and going columbine and killing some very deserving and not so deserving people.
Really bullies should be given a wood shedding for their own good when caught in the act because they usually grow up to be criminal types if left uncorrected.
It wouldn't be so bad if she was being teased or heckled, but it's not right to actually hurt her like that. Everyone gets teased for one thing or another and I'm sure she'd expect a little laugh or something from people because of the things she likes and does, but she doesn't deserve to be hit or physically abused. Regardless of her lifestyle, she's very kind. There are a few people who deserve beatings, but she's not one of them, especially since she wouldn't do anything to harm anyone else.

And yeah, schools these days REALLY need to stop with the whole pussyfooting of not dealing with bullies.
We have the background for that: her mother died before she ever sees her and lives as an only child with her pedo father. And this is only a little piece of her background. Now put this in a serious story and you'll get the picture.
God damn why has such a ludicrously stupid comment thread gotten bumped? Post without bumping when we're talking about this degree of failure (as I'm doing here). I'd delete it all but it makes for good evidence against people who will no doubt stick their foot in their mouth many times in the future.
Okay, to be honest, I don't really like the anime that much. But seriously, pretty much every comment here that is under threshold is full of hate-bashing. When I see a picture that is rightfully supposed to make me feel sad, I feel sad. I just can't believe some detractors are heartless enough to make extremely rude and harsh comments on a picture like this.
Anyone can hate an anime. But please, read the atmosphere.
