I liked it, but ZX was an excellent concept, that was undone by a lackluster execution. It was basically an average Megaman game with the transformation bit tacked on. If the forms had greater differences and the level design made better use of the different forms, it would have been a really refreshing change from the standard formula.
I love Legends though. They are my favorite Megaman games.

I liked it moreso because of the metroid-like gameplay. Very huge open world and you can go anywhere mostly unless you have either keys or certain abilites. Megamantroid haha. My only problem with ZX is just HOW different it is. The cast is completely original with no remnants of any other megaman game. No Megaman, no X, no Zero, no Light, no Wily, just completely original. I guess the ZX games are like Megaman legacy titles. But eh, it did well to me at least.
