I don't think so. What's the point, to prevent fanboys from seeing "unapproved" versions of certain characters? They can just click past renditions they disapprove of.

Well, it probably would be rather trivial tag, but what harm would having such a tag cause anyone? There might be someone out there willing to search his/her favourite character and spesifically preferring images where the character's body type is different from the regular and not necessarily different in a certain way, but anything that's different from the usual. That's how alternative_body_type tag could be used, but whether there is someone who would ever need it or not isn't something I know.

I welcome our new healthy and bountiful king as well. I also find that her new Queen's Blade assimilation is more practical than her old body hilarious.
Thinking about it, she'd be right home in Queen's Blade with that body and... clothing.
I think what makes this look "wrong" (more than "Saber does not work that way!") is that on top of the big womanly body is a small round moe head. They both would look good on their own but don't quite work together.
Then again, that seems to be this artist's style...

Conversely, what harm does it cause someone to merely click past an image they don't like? It sounds like you're proposing the tag purely for the purposes of allowing people to expand their blacklists, which isn't really the point of a tag system. If someone wants to see Saber without Mogudan's touch, they can search for Saber and subtract the huge_breasts tag.

I'm not saying it would be the most useful/popular tag ever, but it could still be useful to someone none the less. And I've never considered it just for blacklists. Someone might want to search images of certain characters with alternate bodies without specifying how the body is alternate from the regular. It's unlikely, but why not?
I don't know. Is there a need for stating the alternate_body_type when it's pretty much artistic license to draw a character with a different body? The other ones such alt-hairstyle,costume,and color are there, i think, to make it easier to tag a character in an image when they are known for consistently wearing the same outfit.
Her head looks to me as if it's out of proportion compared to her new body style. I have nothing against a curvy figure, but sometimes a little attention to anatomy can go a long way in making a picture a lot sexier because it's more believable.
The question will always be though was it a prediction or did the fanart of such depictions itself generate the interest in making an official version like it.
