Okay, that's most of this post done. (I'm seeing some of the notes as being vertically offset when the scaled-down image is loaded, worse toward the bottom, but I think it's just a rounding error - they seem to be fine when viewing the full-size version. Please tell me if they're positioned wrong when you look at the full-size image, though.)
I haven't translated the conversation at the cafeteria table, because I think I'm missing some of the meaning: Haku's being rather indirect, and for some reason I can't figure out the kanji at the bottom of Chihiro's second column of text (みたいな*). I think Haku's doing one of those "I don't dislike you" admissions where you avoid actually saying "I like you" directly, and Chihiro thinks he's talking about someone else (possibly a teacher) and is encouraging him to just go ahead and say it to them, but I'll leave it to someone more fluent to figure out.
Oh, and I have no idea what's up with the eyeball curry. "meme" is apparently also an archaic Japanese word for rice, so I initially though maybe it was a pun and Haku was intending to ask for ordinary curry rice - but while Chihiro is incredulous when he orders it, neither of them seem at all surprised by what he actually gets, so who knows. It's quite likely I'm just missing a reference or something.
