He was pretty quick, but you could kill him in seconds by spamming Ignis. I had the most trouble out of Eligor, the huge centaur boss because of its touch me the wrong way = death/no medal philosophy, and it took forever to get to the point where you could kill it.
I kind of have to agree with Lucky..this fucker was the hardest boss for me... I fought death and Dracula at once rather easily..but this guy..just backed you in a corner..and you couldn't tell what moves he did..and when you did, they were already in your face raping your healths..but still fun boss fight.
I myself kind of have to agree with HappyJack. Blackmore and Death were very troublesome for me, but once I figured out their patterns, they fell rather easily.
Eligor was just a fucking dick with is multiple phases of bullshit, though.
Not altogether hard bosses, actually, but if you're wearing the Death Ring or want that Medal, the three Cerberus bosses are motherfuckers.
...Ignis does way more damage than Nitesco per hit... and it hits three times. Nitesco will do the job, but not nearly as quickly or efficiently as Ignis. Also...
JakeBob said: Are you kidding me? Screw Ignis, Nitesco was the way to go against this guy. It's practically cheating, but still.
And I got all the medals on Hard Mode, Lvl.1 New Game WITHOUT using the Death Ring. Using something like that just seemed like cheating.

You have a pretty unusual sense of "cheating".
I'm a pretty unusual guy.
Maybe it's not cheating. I mess that word up. It's something that tips the scales in my favour to the point where the opponent hasn't got a chance, and an enemy in the game hands it to me, practically on a silver platter. Game-breaking, so to speak.
Which is odd, because I'd tip the odds in my favour with normal things like offensive gear and such, and exploit the opponent's weaknesses with normal glyphs, but using something that seemed tailor-made to tear through an enemy like Nitesco seemed unfair to the boss.
Thinking about it, I'm not entirely sure why I rejected certain glyphs for others. But I didn't equip the Death's Ring as it made the boss fights that were left seem trivial.
