Maybe French?
Definitely adorable.
Definitely european, judging from the katakana. I can see the Hilda name, so it is likely Eastern France (when it was still a German possesion), Germany or Scandinavia.

This. I also noticed that Sakuya's outfit bears more than a passing resemblance to Kogasa's dress. This is probably less important than the Youki resemblance, of course.
Flippernino apparently decided to change the *roll* SFX to hearts due to how they looked, and likewise added the fake translation tag for his 'handiwork'.

Her father is a magician. She probably is imitating his trick the one that said "there's nothing under my coat etc." then pulled out a bird out of nowhere...sadly it failed since the bird start chirping but whatever it's our beloved Sakuya (Hilda)
So in this fanon, Sakuya's previous name was Hilda? Well, I think that's the one good decision that Remi made.
