Keep in mind that the chaos gods often take several different forms, and are by their very nature likely to change appearance every now and then. But yeah, this really doesn't look like the bloated, maggot-filled fatherly god that offers his followers an eternal life without pain in exchange for using their bodies as hosts for his horrifying plagues and diseases. It's kind of weird that a god that is largely about unnatural toughness and a release from pain would wear armour, for example.
See? I knew from the outset that this Genzo's Nurgle won't be a bloated disgusting zombie.

Well, he had Slaanesh down pat, and his Tzeentch isn't all that bad. I agree that he missed Nurgle by 354234 MOA, but we'll just have to see his Khorne. He can't miss that; if he missed i won't call him Genzo again.

I disagree with the you on that. His Slaanesh didn't bear any marks associated with said god, threw snakes in there for no reason, and to me it just says "generic succubus" and not Slaanesh. Genzon's attempts MIGHT be explained as being Daemon Princes, but none of them so far say "I am Nurgle." If anything, this one loosely befits Khorne.

Though Khorne does not wear intestines around his waist, and he certainly wasn't bloody enough to be Khorne.
I think Genzo is trying a 'when Nurgle decided to stop mucking around in his own filth, get up and lay down a smackdown' look, but that really isn't very Nurglish thing to do.

The Nasty Imperium has been bullying and picking on Nurgle's children so long that he finally decided to stand up for them. Since his gifts weren't working fast and effective enough, as that conniving Eldar wench of his wife has secretly been whispering cures to humanity the whole time, he wasn't going to let his kids suffer like this. Therefore, he shed all his bloated, pus-filled, infection-ridden, bile-spewing skin; distributed it all to his followers, picked up his Plague Sword and went to work. He is the Grandfather, after all. The End.

So, will this be a plot for Nurgle's Wrath? Or was it God of Pestilence? Perhaps Chaos-siders?
