Description
In the games, Green is a cocky and rude young man whose catchphrase is "Smell ya later!" Known for showing up unannouced at certain areas to challenge the player. Eventually becomes champion of the Indigo League, but is quickly dethroned by the player.
Compared to his anime and game counterparts, Green in the manga Pocket Monsters SPECIAL is much more cool, calm, and collected, initially putting him at odds with his much more outgoing rival. His skill in the training of Pokémon has earned him the title "Trainer".
