This artist's style is somewhat similar to Gotou Nao's and Lucie's. There is some indirect evidence that Moo and Lucie were (circa 2008) junior members of Gotou Nao's circle "Galaxy's Child": see post #414878 (original filename "lu046b.jpg") and post #270178 ("muumuu003a.jpg")
