I moved hair as food to eating hair since they're kind of overlap, only leave the post where the hair have food shape, on plate or personification while they aren't being eaten.

Dresses that hang open in the front like this are almost unheard of in real life -- nobody wears fantasy outfits like this outside of cosplay -- so it's no surprise there isn't any established terminology for them. Our solution thus far has been to tag them dress showgirl_skirt, which seems to get the point across pretty well.
