post #3468209 is similar in perspective and style to post #3651893, the latter of which was approved.
I am not quite sure why post #3781623 got deleted when post #3781628 (its parent post) got approved.

It wasn't approved. It was uploaded by someone that had unlimited upload

Since the upload date is the same and when an approver sees two the same pics, he'll ignore the inferior one. Most of the time is the twitter version, due lower file size

Just for clarification: they were looked at, by after a while the message, how many approvers looked at it, gets deleted.

No, it's just that the number of approvers who looked at a post is not displayed for older posts.
More than good enough quality to be accepted (anatomy, perspective, coloring) IMO.
