Not fully seeing the issue with some of these. The image with chamber_pot is tagged that because that is the exact shape and size for a chamber pot on the character's head (thus it's a chamber pot, right?). Rainbow_road refers to the stage from Mario Kart, and while there is only one deleted image of it, I'm not sure that is justification for having an issue with the tag. Spiked_condom refers to a specific style of condom which has a unique and identifiable shape, the fact that only one images right now has the tag shouldn't be an issue. hood_over_eyes (mentioned below).

A bit more iffy on Segment_displayed, though it has a wiki and is a tagable concept. Pretty much any digital_clock would have one of these, so not quite sure on the value of the tag. Driver_license could probably be edited over to id_card, though it is a specific type of ID and there may be some value in it as the situations where it would appear would be different from those currently under id_card (which are predominately worn ID badges). finger_barrier may have utility broadened out to like "hand barrier," "barrier gesture," or similar to act as a catch all for various "barrier" gestures that could be made.

You could’ve checked all the notes yourself, you know...Arahabaki is a character (last row, far left)... and that's it.
Oberon is a character (7th row, 5th from the left) and a different artist. Maybe the artist should be renamed, but I don’t know how to do that without risking to lose all the URIs from the artist wiki.
Peri is a character (6th row, far right) and a different artist. Same problem as above.

I didn’t really do anything special. Here are some hints for you:

1. Check the post’s tag history. Some one-post tags are simply mistypes because someone forgot to add underscores. Also you can see what other tags were added at the same time, giving you a hint for what the tag you’re interested could mean.

2. Use the tag search. red finds the tag red. *red find anything ending with “red”, like red and censored. *_red finds everything with the word “red” at the end, like dyna_red, but not red because there’s no underscore in there. Similar with red*: Finds red-framed_glasses, which red_* doesn’t, but also finds redesign. *red* finds “red” anywhere, like in red, armored_dress and scared. *_red_* finds you tags like little_red_riding_hood_(cosplay). *co*red* finds “co” before “red”, as in colored, but not red_coat.

3. Use unknown tags together with the copyright or character tags from the same post for a Google search.

It’s not visible in that post, but I’d assume it to start at the shoes. To quote the cross-laced_footwear wiki:
